Music of the 2010s Part 3: The Best of the Decade

 Here it is, the grand finale of the music lists. The overall best of the best. It's basically the top 20s of each list mashed together and put head to head against each other until we got the Top 10 Artists, Top 10 Albums, and Top 100 songs with a few unexpected results at times. But man the top 5 were excruciating to sort through. Just listening to them over and over until I could determine which ones I enjoyed the most. It was like trying to decide your favorite Lilligant you used in a Pokemon run. Your favorite pizza night. Your favorite pet breed or the best episode of your favorite show. But I did it and it had some surprising results. While Metal, MLP show tunes, and Brony, and to an extent the Misc., music were super competitive, Rock/Pop really lagged behind. To such an extent that only the top 19 made it in with metal stealing an extra spot. Still it was a fun exercise trying to sort through them all.

So without more rambling here's my lists of the my favorite Artists, Albums, and Songs of the 2010s. (Note: Not all of these were released between 2010 and 2019. I go by when I discovered the songs personally rather than public release dates)

Top 10 Musicians/Bands of the 2010s
This one kinda surprised me. I was sure for the longest time that Sabaton would take #1 but it makes sense. Daniel Ingram's work spawned the brony music scene which pretty much dominated my music tastes for 4 years. Even without the fandom the songs he made for the show were good enough that he probably would've earned the top spot anyway.
